Just ordered three mens polo shirts…
Just ordered three mens polo shirts three for the price of two. As it was my first order I had a code to use for ten percent discount but didn’t see anywhere to input the code when it came to payment. Ordered Crew because I have had shirts from them before and they are very good quality and smart

Poor customer service
My first online ordering experience with this company has not been positive. I made 3 orders, two were returned for exchanges for larger size, heard nothing for a couple of weeks so emailed, heard nothing. Had a return for one order but one item missing and no refund or reference to it in paperwork. Had to go through PayPal to get refund for one order but cannot use this method for others as exchanges involved and this difficult with PayPal! Will have to try this again as I finally tried to phone today but was put through to sales who said that customer services who deal with issues were busy they could request a phone back but must give 48hrs!
I just want a refund for the missing items and I will not be purchasing from this company again, nightmare.

No communication or clarity from point of sale onwards
I made three online orders for delivery to Germany on 2, 3, and 4 July 2022. I received order confirmations by email for the first two orders which stated an email confirming dispatch would be sent when items were ready. All good so far! For the third-order, no email confirmation was received. I called customer services and was advised I would be emailed by the Manager who dealt with international orders. A few days later I received that email and they confirmed finally a third order had been placed. So far, I can live with this. Now for the dispatch emails.

6-days after the first order, I received no dispatch email confirmation. I think this is odd so I call customer services again and was advised the manager would email the same day to update me about dispatch. No email was received.

Today, 9-days after the first order, still no reply from the manager, I am yet to receive any emails confirming the dispatch of any order I have made. So I call customer services again and asked to speak to the manager who failed to email me about a dispatch update and I was told they were not there today (convenient!). When I confirmed that this lack of communication about an order, part no order confirmations, and no dispatch confirmations, I have no alternative but to cancel the order and request a refund. At this point, I am told "I will speak to the manager" who is now conveniently available but a different manager to the one mentioned. I am informed all orders are dispatched but when asked for tracking numbers they can only provide for one order and not all three, saying the other two orders have been lost by the courier. How do they know that I ask if they don't know the tracking numbers? To this, they have no reply. They send an email then saying they will chase up the couriers to find out what has happened (still no tracking numbers provided) but the third tracking number is finally provided and I can see the order is en route (finally I know something about one of the orders).

From the point of sale online onwards Crew Company has lost sight of communicating to its customer the order confirmations, when an order is dispatched, and notifying customers of tracking numbers, etc. The whole experience does not breed confidence for a company that produces quality products. Get your logistics and transaction system upgraded so that customers know precisely what is happening with each stage of their order from the order confirmation, disptach to delivery. Making excuses simply will not cut it. Crew Clothing needs to resolve this and needs to do so quickly. Trust Pilot is not a happy stomping ground for your company and I am one additional voice to the poor customer service and logistics of your online operation. It is a shambles for overseas orders for sure.

A jolly good experience
I usually shop on the website but went into the store in Solihull this week.
Was surprised at how easy it was despite my husband being disabled.
It is a nice store much easier to see what matches compared to on the website.
Ladies who served us were so jolly chatting with my husband and offering advice. We will visit again refreshing to be in a happy store that isn’t teenagers talking about their personal lives.

Good quality gear for a reasonable price
So far I've had a few products from Crew, including t-shirts, a sweater, and shorts.

All are of good quality but in particular the t-shirts. The material is thicker and feels more durable than other brands, and the seams are well stitched. It certainly feels like it will last a while, which is good for a t-shirt these days...

The jumper and shorts also feel like they should last, but these aren't being worn quite as much so can't comment quite as thoroughly. However, I would certainly recommend Crew to friends and family.

My only real gripe is that the orders have (so far) been in separate deliveries. It's both confusing and, I would imagine, quite inefficient.

First and last time I buy from Crew…
First and last time I buy from Crew Clothing. The service was good, the delivery timely but the quality of the Ashton linen blazer was poor. It's supposed to be 'lightweight' and a 'bestseller [that's] 'stylish and easy to wear'. It's neither of these but it is instead a dreadfully poor interpretation of a blazer. Bought for £85.50 (from £159) in the sale but it's not worth that, so I've paid more for a decent quality blazer from elsewhere instead.

In fairness I didn't bother trying on the rugby shirt as I was so appalled with the blazer. Both items heading back to Crew.

Not really impressed with Newbury today…
Not really impressed with Newbury today and not a fan of giving bad reviews either.
We were returning from shopping when we decided to stop by as a few items caught my wife's eye. She tried on a cardigan and while she was still wearing it, she found something else and we were ready to purchase them all as they looked really good and the discount came as a bonus. This is when my wife heard the two staff members sarcastically saying: "she's wearing it now?".
We were the only customers in the shop at that time and the staff had no interaction with us, not that we needed it but we don't think that comment was necessary and appropriate.
We love the brand hence just two star removed as probably is just one off, we hope.

Good quality t-shirt but ...
I recently placed an order with Crewe for the first time for a t-shirt, it arrived, nice fit, soft and comfortable fabric, also at a reduced price. Decided to order another two in different colours as I was given a £10 voucher for my next order. For some reason the same t shirt but in different colours weren't reduced but I didn't mind too much as I had the voucher that they sent me. Unfortunately I was unable to use it, it only had an 8 digit number on it and I was asked fir a 16 digit one. Disappointed I just ordered one t-shirt. Thank you for your reply, as I said the first t shirt was on offer, but when I went to order another colour they were full price.

Bought 3 short sleeved Polo tee shirts very disappointed with navy one sizing very wrong far too small supposed to be size 14 more like size 10 will think twice in future.

No communication on orders
Order placed 11th May with no updates advising of delays. I have contacted the customer services twice now and given 2 different dates to receive the order and still waiting.

Crew are very good at sending daily emails selling their products however not good when keeping the customer posted on their orders.

Excellent quality.
The three T-Shirts I ordered fit well, feel thick and soft, and look nice. The delivery was quick - my only gripe is with the package having been left outside my door without the driver checking if someone was in before driving off...

They're well worth the price though, imo, and I will be buying from them again.
